can you believe we went three months between blogs? last i wrote, i was just counting down to bidding adieu to the most cursed year in a century.

the reason for my absence has more to do with 2021 being more hectic than originally planned rather than procrastination.

the birthday month (january, ICYMI) started with a fizzle not with a bang. that involved a lot of adjustments on my work desk, my persona, everything.

i had to deal with a lot of hard truths. it sucked to hear them but it led to some attitude adjustment.

now i am faced with bigger responsibilities at the desk, i value my time even more.

i learned that i have to draw the line when it feels wrong or unjust.

in the coming weeks, i am planning to blog about a plethora of topics to keep this buzzing.

the now-discontinued colourpop ultra satin lipsticks. the seemingly touching yet somehow problematic “get well soon” kleenex facebook campaign. the poignant #freebritney doc everyone’s buzzing about. some reflections and all that.

frankly my dear, 2020 + 1 was off to a rocky start. but it is with great pleasure to update you that things are slowly trending upwards.
