Farmstay Philippines

McDell Beauty’s about page on their official site underlines their commitment to offering “unique, innovative and organic products” to Filipino consumers. Their signature brand Farmstay Philippines provides premium skincare products – 100% imported from Korea – made from organic ingredients such as snail excretion, grape extracts, kiwi, and honey. The manufacturer and distributor of Farmstay Philippines tapped our team to help develop a campaign that will generate genuine interest in the brand. As the social media manager, my client gave me the opportunity to preside over a team assigned to McDell’s account. I perceived it as an opportunity to lead and let my copywriting skills and creative juices shine in this project.

Under my guidance, the dynamic mix of social media and content marketing I helped engineer drew in greater brand awareness for Farmstay in more ways than we could ever imagine. Bloggers raved about the elegance of organic Korean beauty products through an online engagement program I helped manage for over three months in summer 2016. Our team wanted to draw local consumers into Farmstay products; hence, we put out product ads on their Facebook page in addition to the beauty-themed articles published twice a month. Beauty secrets from Korean celebrities and skincare hacks were showcased to amplify Farmstay’s purpose.

Results have been nothing short of outstanding in the year my team managed this account. Organic and paid reach combined totals clocked at a minimum of 20,000 monthly. About twelve bloggers participated in Farmstay’s blogger engagement program. Over 6,000 Facebook users participated in our “Like This Photo” contest where three winners each received the featured Farmstay product from the post they liked.
